Coo Cathedral is a gorgeous barn wedding venue, nestled in the heart of Royal Deeside, near Aboyne, and I was super excited that A+G’s wedding had finally come around, having booked nearly 2 years before. The day started at Douneside House, Tarland for bridal preparations, and the sun was out in force despite it being late in to the autumn.

I was absolutely in love with Aimee’s dress + shoe choice, and the flowers from the super talented Kim Dalglish complimented the colour scheme perfectly. The whole day was perfection from start to finish, and A+G were complete troopers when I asked them during puddings if they wanted to come run across a field with me…..there was a moon and purple sky we just couldn’t miss! Here’s just a little look at their beautiful day -

Michelle + Keith - Logie Country House

April 1st saw Michelle and Keith get married at the gorgeous Logie Country House

After 21 years together, they decided to tie the knot, and I was delighted to be there to document it all. Their close family and friends were staying the weekend with them at Logie, and when I arrived in the morning, the air was full of excitement, with kids running around the grounds,  and some serious gin bar preparations taking place in the kitchen! Their wedding was full of fun and laughter (and a few happy tears!) from start to finish.

Here's just a little sneak peek from their day - thanks to Melissa from Apini Photography for coming along to second shoot with me!

I think Keith was pretty chuffed that they'd finally said their 'I Do's'!

Logie Country House Wedding - Aberdeenshire Wedding Photographer

I had the great pleasure of second shooting for the awesome Emma Lawson a couple of months back. Our venue for the day was Logie Country House, just outside of Inverurie, who were hosting the Scottish/Greek fusion wedding of S + A. While Emma captured the girls getting ready, I was with the boys watching a traditional Greek dressing ceremony unfold, and the party vibe continued from morning right through to night!

Here's just a small selection of images I took on the day. You can find out more about Logie Country House here

Lauren + Dan - Wedding at Midmar Village Hall- Aberdeenshire Wedding Photography

I was absolutely delighted to be Lauren and Dan's photographer for their beautiful wedding day at Midmar Village Hall. Nestled deep in the Aberdeenshire countryside, the quaint hall had been transformed in to a stunning wedding venue, ready to welcome their friends and family. With guests from as far away as Abu Dhabi flying in for the occassion, and the sun peeking it's head round the clouds, the scene was set for Lauren and Dan to begin their wedding celebrations.
